On October 1, 2026, NOK Group Corporation was established, marking the beginning of a new chapter under a holding company structure. As a core operating company of the Group, NOK Corporation is now taking a new step toward further growth.

At the heart of our business is “Essential Core Manufacturing — The manufacture of pivotal products that shape society.” Through this work, we help make society safer and more comfortable.

Since our founding in 1941 as Japan’s first oil seal manufacturer, we have supported advances in automobiles and industrial machinery through a wide range of sealing solutions. In doing so, we have contributed to the development of a more prosperous society.

Today, the business environment surrounding NOK is changing significantly. Mobility is becoming increasingly electrified, and the shift toward decarbonization is accelerating. At the same time, the domestic market is maturing while growth opportunities overseas continue to expand.

To achieve further growth, we must undertake fundamental transformation with an eye to the future. This means building a strong global business foundation while also improving the profitability of our existing businesses.

In this period of transformation, our key strengths are our interface control technology, underpinned by materials development rooted in organic chemistry and design capabilities that leverage mechanical engineering, and our end-to-end manufacturing capabilities spanning materials development, design, and mass production.

We are also bringing together the technologies, people and global networks developed across the NOK Group. These include EAGLE Industry Co., Ltd., MEKTEC Corporation, UNIMATEC Co., Ltd. and NOK Klüber Co., Ltd. By combining the strengths of each company, we aim to create new solutions and help address social issues.

Sustainable manufacturing and the development of people, the driving force behind our growth, are the two pillars of our efforts to build a better future. By advancing both, we aim to help build a better future. We will continue to take on new challenges around the world and use the power of technology to open up new possibilities.
